Q. What is the warranty on the product purchased?

Limited Warranty Protection- ADAXP.com warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased.

Q. Is warranty is applicable on all the products?

Warranty are applicable against the manufacturing defects on most of the products. However, you can always check before placing your order by writing to us on Contact us Page.

Q. What does the warranty doesn't cover?

This warranty does not cover accessories, spares & supplies or product damages resulting from accidents, breakage, merchandising, abusive due to mishandling of product.

UPS is required for all electronics games. Client need to provide the same otherwise warranty shall not be applicable.

Q. How to avail the benefit of Product Warranty?

To avail the Warranty Protection benefits, customer has to email at support@adaxp.com, explaining the problem faced along with product images. Post a review within 3 working days, the customer will get a response email and service request number, updating the solution or approval/disapproval or solution over a video call or physical examination based on the overview of product.

Customer will be asked to deliver or courier the product to customer care address provided over email. (Please note- the cost of Delivery/ Courier / Transportation/ Handling Charges will be borne by the customer only).

Incase the product could not be sent through courier due to logistics constraints of over size products and onsite inspection is required the customer has to bear the charges incase the product doesn't have any manufacturing defect or doesn't fall under Warranty cover, estimate shall be provide prior to inspection.

Onsite inspection shall be conduct with 7-10 days from the date of response email sent by ADAEXP.com Post visit within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product, customer will get an confirmation email on service request with final solution based on physical examination of product.

Customer will be asked to share an Acceptance email on provided final solution given over the service request number based on condition of product. Customer will get the agreed solution within 30days from the date of receipt of Acceptance email from customer.

Q. How will I claim my product warranty?

While receiving your product you will either receive a warranty card or the warranty information will be mentioned in the product invoice.

Q. What support ADAXP.com required from clients during installation of products?

Any Permission from Local authorities, E-way Bill, Municipal Authorities or similar Facilitation charges shall be bear by the client end only.

Client shall provide the safe and covered space for loading & unloading of material at the site.

Incase the installation is on higher than ground level client need to provide the access of service lift for the movement of games.
