By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ADAXP if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Shipping Charges specified on the product page or informed explicitly by our customer care prior to the shipping.

• Order are generally shipped within 3-10 working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order. However shipping date may also depend on the specified duration on the product page due to required production period, customization in order etc.

• Once the Goods are handed over to our shipping partner, our (ADAEXPERIENCE) responsibility ceases for any kind of transit damage, delay or any kind of fine or penalty imposed by any Government official.

• Shipping of the goods will be processed only once the advance or the full payment is credited and reflected in our account.

• Goods will be finally handed over to the buyer, post the receipt of Demand Draft or the receipt of balance payment by our team, in case applicable in specific order.

• Once the Good is shipped Docket number for the same will be generated within 48-72 working hours.

• We generally ship our product on FOD basis (Freight amount to be paid on Delivery) So please keep freight amount ready at the time of delivery for delivery at first attempt. Unless included or pre-paid by the customer before order shipping.

• Delivery of all orders will be to address registered by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

• Note:* 2% extra will be charged on all transactions made through debit or credit card
  on the total billing amount as per bank charges.
