These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ADAEXPERIENCE INDIA PVT LTD's Website, located at https://adaxp.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ADAXP if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. However, in case any client is not completely satisfied or face any of the below specified issues with our products we can provide a refund.

NOTE: The complaint should be raised against damaged product within 24 hours after the product received.

• In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  1. If the product was delivered in a physically damaged condition

     1. we will exchange the damaged part with no extra added cost.

  2. If the product is different from what was ordered

     1. We will exchange the product with the original product ordered
        with no extra cost. But shall not be liable for payments of any interest thereon.

  3. If the product is no longer needed:

     1. Product with no longer usage or need can be returned. You can return the goods within 10 days of purchase with actual condition.

     2. 25% of the total order value will be deducted as processing fee from the from total amount paid

     3. We will generate a credit note to the buyer of the balance amount. Buyer can redeem it for his/her next purchase within 90 days from the date issued.

     4. The credit note will be given only after the product is received and has passed all the quality checks.

  4. The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout, ADAEXPERIENCE is not liable for any return or refund.

  5. All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box / packaging to the address conveyed by the Customer Support Team.

  6. The return/replacement process for any case, will be initiated ones we have received the products(s). Refund will be credited to the same account by which payment was done.

  7. Please note: Image display along with Products are only for general information purpose and can slightly differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and colour as the some items raw material colour shades or Natural items do not follow the exact same consistency every time.

Important:

1. We will accept the return only if it is initiated within 24 hrs of the product received.

2. Customized products cannot be returned.

3. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
